What I am eating today.

Below is a list of the what I am eating today.  For more info on eating Paleo, check out this link.

greens+ bar
apple (medium)
almond butter- about 1.5 tbspn
mixed berries (about a cup)
almond milk- 3/4 cup
coconut milk 1/6 cup
salmon-1.5 servings
almond, cashew, cranberry mix from trader joes- good handful
iced coffee- cream and sugar

about 3 cups spinach

lime- juice squished into a glass and mixed with water- que refrescante!
olive oil- tblspoon

chicken- one breast cooked with dash of olive oil and seasonings

Carrots- about 10 baby ones

1/2 avocado

1/2 bell pepper

  1. I had between eight and twelve chocolate donuts and a Dr. Pepper. For more information on this diet, ask any 7-11 clerk.

  2. Paleo is so hardcore. I am doing Zone but don’t know if I’ll be able to get myself to do Paleo… I love cheese and grains too much, even if it’s just a little bit at a time. 🙂
